Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a Senior Operations Manager (F&B) to oversee multi-store restaurant operations and NSO in Mandaluyong. This on-site role focuses on BOH/kitchen management, food safety, and delivering outstanding guest experiences across all outlets.

You will drive profitability, monitor costs, mentor Operations Managers, and collaborate with HR, QA, Supply Chain, and Training teams to uphold brand standards and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
• At least 10 years of restaurant operations leadership experience.
• Strong background in high-volume casual dining operations.
• Proven experience in multi-store operations and NSO.
• Strong BOH/Kitchen Operations expertise.
• Knowledgeable in food safety, inventory, and operational systems.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurant branches and NSO execution
• Drive sales, profitability, productivity, and operational efficiency
• Ensure food quality, kitchen standards, inventory control, and food safety compliance
• Monitor labor cost, food cost, and overall store performance
• Lead, coach, and develop Operations Managers and Store Leaders
• Partner with HR, QA, Supply Chain, and Training teams
• Ensure compliance with operational, sanitation, and brand standards
