Job summary

HRTx Inc in Mandaluyong is seeking a Restaurant Area Manager to oversee 5–6 stores, ensuring strong financial performance, food quality, and guest satisfaction. You will lead both FOH and BOH, enforce brand standards, and drive profitable operations across the portfolio.

The role requires 5–8 years of restaurant leadership, hands-on coaching of Store Managers, staff scheduling, cost control, and regular store visits.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in restaurant operations leadership.
• Strong background in managing multiple restaurant stores under one brand.
• Proven ability to drive sales, control costs, and maintain brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of 5–6 stores to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain high FOH and BOH standards and enforce brand guidelines.
• Monitor P&L, labor and food costs, and inventory for profitability.
• Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and restaurant teams.
