Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in restaurant operations leadership.
• Strong background in high-volume casual dining operations.
• Proven experience handling both restaurant operations and New Store Openings (NSO).
• Strong expertise in Back-of-House (BOH) and kitchen operations.
• Knowledgeable in food safety, inventory management, and operational systems.
• Strong leadership, people management, and operational execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations across multiple store locations.
• Lead and support New Store Openings (NSO), ensuring launch execution.
• Ensure operational readiness and compliance with brand standards across branches.
• Drive sales growth, profitability, and efficiency across stores.
• Monitor labor productivity, food cost, inventory, and store performance.
• Implement strategies to improve operational effectiveness and results.
• Ensure strict compliance with food quality, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Maintain consistency in BOH execution, inventory management, and discipline.
• Conduct operational audits and corrective actions.
• Lead, coach, and develop Operations Managers and Store Leaders.
• Promote high-performance culture with accountability and leadership support.
• Coordinate staffing, training, supply, and quality initiatives with HR, QA, and Training.
