Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of food safety, quality control, and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple F&B outlets, ensuring efficiency and consistency in service and product quality.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to drive sales, profitability, and business growth.
• Monitor and manage budgets, cost controls, and overall financial performance (P&L).
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation regulations, and company policies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop operations teams to achieve high performance and service excellence.
• Analyze sales trends, customer feedback, and operational data to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and support teams to optimize operations.
• Standardize processes and implement best practices across all locations.
