Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in commercial real estate, office leasing, coworking, property management, serviced offices, or multi-site operations.
• Proven experience managing commercial properties, office spaces, or coworking environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple flexible workspace locations, ensuring service excellence.
• Monitor occupancy and leasing activity to maximize performance.
• Provide seamless client experience and build strong relationships with corporate clients, brokers, and partners.
• Collaborate with marketing to run campaigns and partnerships that drive occupancy.
• Lead and develop workspace teams to maintain high operational standards.
