Create Synergies Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the performance of multiple restaurant brands and locations in the Philippines.

You will ensure operational excellence, profitability, food quality, service consistency, and regulatory compliance while driving business results across the portfolio. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality/related field required.
• 10+ years in restaurant operations with 5+ years in multi-unit leadership.
• Proven experience overseeing multiple brands and locations.
• Strong BOH exposure, commissary coordination, and kitchen processes.
• End-to-end ops understanding across FOH and BOH.
• Hands-on P&L management including sales, labor, and food costs.
• Knowledge of food cost, inventory control, yield optimization and budgeting.
• Experience leading Area Managers and restaurant leaders.
• Strong analytical, financial, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Experience in multi-brand restaurant groups or QSR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple restaurant locations.
• Drive sales growth, profitability, and efficiency across stores.
• Monitor metrics: sales, food cost, labor, P&L, inventory, guest satisfaction, KPIs.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and customer experience.
• Lead, coach, and develop Area Managers and leadership teams.
• Ensure consistent execution of FOH and BOH standards.
• Manage labor planning, scheduling, and budget compliance.
• Drive food cost optimization through yield management and waste reduction.
• Ensure cash management and adherence to budgets and controls.
• Collaborate with Commissary, Sourcing, Finance, HR, and Training.
• Stay informed on market trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Champion continuous process improvements for efficiency and guest experience.
