Qualifications

• Associate's Degree preferred with over ten years of experience and 2–4 years in progressive management.
• Ability to coach and develop action plans to maximize performance and provide effective feedback.
• Experience implementing change and adapting to evolving business needs; able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coach and supervise a group of Operations Managers and Team Leaders.
• Maintain and grow revenue while ensuring profitability, including revenue, margins, billing, seat utilization and retention.
• Lead client relationships, monitor satisfaction, and ensure compliance with contracts and SLAs.
• Partner with Business Development to grow new business and conduct regular performance reviews with direct reports.
