Job summary

Concentrix is seeking an Operations Manager I to coach and supervise a group of Team Leaders, ensuring CSLA and financial targets are met. The role involves analyzing SLAs, forecasting and budgeting to maximize revenue, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

You will run staff planning, assign workloads, and deliver continuous improvement plans to meet client expectations. Location is Quezon City, Philippines (UP Tech 2).

Qualifications

• Coaching and supervising a group of Team Leaders.
• Ensuring Client Service Level Agreements and financial expectations are achieved.
• Analyze and maintain CSLA; implement improvement plans.
• Select, train, develop, and manage performance of direct reports and their associates.

Responsibilities

• Manage and review operational reports (Attendance adherence, PFP, Client scorecard, Metrics management reports).
• Create and maximize relationships with client partners.
• Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports to ensure adherence to company policies and standards; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Conduct regular one-on-ones with direct reports to review performance and provide coaching.
• Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement and resolve employee relations issues.
