Job summary

HealthyBOS | A Knack RCM Company in Iloilo City seeks an Operations Manager to drive strategic plans and optimize staffing to meet KPIs. You will oversee financial metrics, training, and performance reviews to ensure program success.

The role requires strong communication, experience in operations management, and familiarity with insurance verification and prior authorization workflows. This position offers growth opportunities and a stable, on-site work environment in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• > Medical background, training or experience preferred
• > 5+ years’ experience in operations management or similar role preferred
• > Working knowledge of Insurance Verification and Prior Authorization preferred
• > Call center experience preferred
• > Knowledge of Windows application, Microsoft Word and Excel, or similar software applications, proficiency preferred
• > Strong communication skills required
• > Knowledge of customer service programs and databases
• > Good understanding of operations management
• > High service orientation

Responsibilities

• Create strategic operations plans with actions to accomplish goals.
• Manage financial metrics including incentives, unpaid agent time, non-billable training hours within allowable level and maintain staff ratios.
• Train, develop and hold supervisors accountable for meeting program objectives.
• Ensure client objectives are met and develop troubleshooting skills with support staff.
• Coordinate with client services and E-learning Designer to develop training materials.
• Conduct daily allocation, performance accountability and weekly business reviews to drive results.
