• Sets clear goals & measurements, drives team results to achieve organization goals.
• Coaches & develops Team Leaders/Support Leaders to meet performance standards.
• Ensures leaders coach and communicate effectively with their teams.
• Uses behavioural coaching to enable leaders to succeed in achieving goals.
• Leads two-way dialogue with other functions to drive operational excellence.
• Supports development of Team Leaders/Support Leaders.
• Delegates using Situational Leadership based on performance and knowledge.
• Implements PD planning to enable career development plans.
• Manages time to prioritize coaching and development activities.
• Establishes global relationships to ensure flow of information on changes.
