Job summary

Maya, the all-in-one money platform in the Philippines, seeks a capable Operations Lead/Junior Operations Manager to oversee dispute resolution and chargeback operations across issuing and acquiring schemes. You will represent the team in requirement-gathering sessions for new products and services and help drive process improvements to enhance existing Toil processes.

You will lead daily operations, ensure high service levels, and contribute to staff development in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Must have graduate status in a 4-year Business course.
• Experience in dispute resolution and chargebacks is required.
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills are essential.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Able to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily operations of dispute resolution and chargeback processes.
• Ensure 95% on-time SLA for services.
• Ensure 100% operational readiness for upcoming products/services.
• Staff/People development and coaching.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities to reduce costs.
• Address and remediate high audit findings.
