Job summary

Maya is building an all-in-one money platform in the Philippines and is seeking a Senior Insights and Enablement Lead to architect launch tracking and data strategy. You will safeguard data integrity across teams and lead a high-performing analytics group to drive operational transformation.

As a strategic partner to Operations, Product, Technology, and Leadership, you will transform complex metrics into actionable insights, deliver real-time dashboards, and mentor analysts to meet deadlines

Qualifications

• 6–8 years in operational analytics, with 2+ years in leadership.
• Strong SQL skills, including writing complex queries on large databases.
• Proven BI experience turning datasets into actionable insights.
• Deep understanding of business processes and operational systems.
• Experience in data integration and ETL workflows.
• Fintech/Financial Services experience preferred.
• Experience with Tableau, Databricks a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Establish launch validation frameworks, data quality rules, and visualization standards across the team.
• Deliver a centralized BI infrastructure through Tableau and Databricks to eliminate data silos.
• Consult Operations, Product, and Technology leaders on data insights.
• Provide root-cause analyses and strategic data narratives to unblock dependencies.
• Manage workload and mentor Senior Analysts.
• Build and maintain a high-performing analytics team.
• Develop an Operational Optimization and Transformation Data Strategy for initiatives.
• Deliver Executive BI dashboards and real-time health scorecards.
• Produce Strategic Insights briefs identifying gaps and opportunities.

About the Role

The Senior Insights and Enablement Lead serves as the architect of the overarching launch tracking and operational data strategy, safeguards cross-functional data integrity, and leads a high-performing team of analysts. As a strategic partner to the Solutions Enablement Architect, Product, Technology, and Operational Leadership teams, the incumbent transforms complex metrics into optimization strategies that drive operational transformation, minimize implementation risks, and support sustainable business growth.

What You Will Do:

• Establish, standardize, and govern launch validation frameworks, data quality rules, and visualization standards across the Operational Optimization and Transformation Team.
• Deliver a highly scalable, centralized, and reliable business intelligence infrastructure through Tableau and Databricks that eliminates data silos and ensures post-launch data visibility.
• Serve as the primary consulting partner to Operations, Product, and Technology leaders, translating multi-source data insights into high-impact operational strategies.
• Provide actionable root-cause recommendations and strategic data narratives that help unblock cross-functional dependencies, reduce error rates, and optimize operational workflows.
• Manage workload allocation, prioritize both ad-hoc and recurring data requests, and provide direct technical and professional mentorship to Senior Analysts.
• Build and maintain a high-performing analytics team that consistently delivers accurate insights while meeting operational and project deadlines.
• Develop and maintain an Operational Optimization and Transformation Data Strategy that standardizes data validation procedures and analytics delivery frameworks for enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Deliver Executive Business Intelligence dashboards and operational health scorecards that provide leadership with real-time visibility into operational risks and performance.
• Produce Strategic Insights and Transformation Briefs that identify operational performance gaps, system friction points, and optimization opportunities supported by quantitative analysis.
• Drive team performance and capability growth through performance management and talent development initiatives that strengthen the technical expertise of the analytics function.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive experience in operational analytics, data mining, business intelligence, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership, supervisory, or team lead capacity.
• Strong expertise in SQL, including writing, debugging, and optimizing complex queries across large and complex databases.
• Proven experience in business intelligence, analytics, and reporting tools used to transform complex datasets into actionable business insights.
• Deep understanding of business processes, operational workflows, and the systems that support organizational operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to extract meaningful insights and recommendations from large datasets.
• Experience in data integration, including data ingestion, cleansing, ETL mapping, transformation, and consolidation of multiple data sources.
• Proven experience in Data Mining, Analysis, and Investigation; experience in product triage or post-launch tracking is an advantage.
• Extensive experience within Financial Services, Banking, Fintech, or Technology industries is highly preferred.
• Experience with Tableau, Databricks, and other business intelligence platforms is highly desirable.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, consulting, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence decisions across Operations, Product, and Technology organizations.
