Job summary

International SOS in Manila is seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead Government Services operations in Manila, overseeing programs for major government clients, including DoD and VA. You will drive governance, performance, and compliance across a multi-program portfolio.

You will lead on-site teams, partner with HR and support functions, and report to global Government Services leadership. A track record of scaling delivery and ensuring contract KPIs is essential.

Qualifications

• Significant senior operations leadership experience, site management or service delivery leadership.
• Proven success managing large, multi-functional teams in KPI-driven environments.
• Experience with government/military programs or heavily regulated environments is highly desirable.
• Strong English communication and leadership capability across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible leadership and operational oversight for Government Services teams in Manila.
• Establish governance practices, operating rhythms, and accountability frameworks.
• Align site objectives with regional and global strategies.
