Job summary

International SOS seeks an experienced Clinic Manager to supervise daily clinic operations in the Philippines. You will ensure efficient processes, uphold high patient-care standards, and support medical staff to achieve operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have strong healthcare administration background, leadership abilities, and a patient-centered approach to service delivery, aligned with regulatory and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of clinic management experience in healthcare settings.
• Must possess a valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and patient service best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the clinic.
• Ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality customer service.
• Supervise administrative and support staff, including scheduling and performance management.
• Monitor clinic compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and safety standards.
• Oversee clinic budgets, inventory, procurement, and operational resources.
• Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Develop and implement operational procedures and process improvements.
• Prepare reports, maintain records, and monitor clinic performance metrics.
• Handle patient concerns and resolve escalated issues professionally and promptly.
• Ensure all clinic equipment, facilities, and supplies are properly maintained.
