Job summary

International SOS is seeking a Security Manager to serve as the security SME for clients across the Philippines, partnering with commercial, consulting, and operations teams to deliver security, crisis management, and workforce resilience solutions.

The role involves security consulting engagements, thought leadership, and supporting incident management and crisis response activities, with travel as required and collaboration with regional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Security, International Relations, Law Enforcement, Disaster Management, Political Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in security, consulting, military, law enforcement, intelligence, NGO, or disaster management.
• Strong knowledge of security risk management, crisis management, and travel risk management.
• Experience in client-facing roles, stakeholder engagement, and business development is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Tagalog.
• Strong presentation, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally and work outside regular business hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Development and Account Management teams to identify, develop, and win new business opportunities.
• Support client retention and growth through workforce resilience, travel risk management, and crisis management solutions.
• Act as the security SME for proposals, bids, tenders, and client presentations.
• Identify and drive security consulting and managed services opportunities.
• Deliver security-focused client briefings, workshops, and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with regional consulting teams on solution design and project delivery.
• Represent International SOS at industry events, professional forums, and media engagements.
• Support security assistance operations, incident management, and crisis response activities.
• Build and maintain strong networks with clients, industry stakeholders, and service providers.
