Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in banking operations, preferably in fulfillment, reconciliation, or posttransaction support.
• Exposure to financial adjustments, exception handling, and documentation preparation. Familiarity with operational risk controls, SLA management, and reconciliation tools.

Responsibilities

• Aftersales Fulfillment: ensure timely processing of aftersales requests.
• Adjustments and Reconciliation: perform financial adjustments and reconcile transactions.
• Risk and Compliance: monitor and ensure adherence to risk controls and policies.
• Stakeholder Communication: coordinate with internal teams and clients for smooth processing.
• Process Improvement: identify, document, and implement process enhancements.
