Job summary

Radius One Architecture & Plumbing in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day construction and company operations. You will develop and implement operational strategies, supervise project managers, site engineers, and architects, and coordinate with clients and contractors to ensure timely, efficient project delivery.

• Knowledgeable in project management, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Willing to conduct site visits and travel when required.
• PRC license is an advantage for candidates with an Architecture or Engineering background.
