Job summary

3E Hitech Solutions Inc. in Makati is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily construction operations, coordinating between project managers, site supervisors and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

You will monitor schedules, budgets and resources, implement standardized procedures, prepare reports, inspect sites for safety and quality, manage procurement and planning activities, and liaise with clients and regulators to sustain stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction operations, project coordination or site management.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methodologies and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Sound understanding of construction safety standards, regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with budget management and cost control is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Filipino construction regulations and local building codes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
