Job summary

TTEC Digital in Manila seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead NICE CXone related projects, coordinating delivery for client accounts and guiding teams of 3–10 people in design, deployment, and support.

You will work with senior stakeholders, manage communications, track progress, and report status, while applying PMP practices and diverse methodologies. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Project/Program Management within a consulting or digital services environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across executive sponsors.
• Experience delivering digital transformation projects using multiple methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall delivery relationship with assigned clients.
• Provide technical expertise and project status updates to leadership.
• Lead end-to-end implementation with teams of 3–10 people.
• Develop and manage communications, meetings, tracking and reporting.
• Deliver weekly status reports to client stakeholders and teams.
• Identify risks and implement actions to minimize impact.
• Review project invoices for accuracy and forecasting.
• Create work plans and assign duties to achieve objectives.
• Collaborate with the project team to enhance CXone-based software.
• Code and test projects and participate in required trainings.
