Job summary

TTEC Digital is seeking a ServiceNow Project Manager to join our delivery team in the Philippines. You will own delivery on client engagements, manage schedules and budgets, and lead cross-functional teams using Agile/Hybrid methods to ensure on-time, within-scope delivery.

The role is remote for Philippines-based candidates, with willingness to work US business hours to support global clients and project teams.

Qualifications

3 to 6 years of project management experience, preferably in consulting or client-facing work.
Experience managing ServiceNow projects or similar enterprise platforms using Agile/Hybrid approaches.
Familiarity with NowCreate methodology and project scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day delivery of ServiceNow implementation and consulting projects across modules.
Develop plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables; manage budgets and resources.
Coordinate teams using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methods; surface risks early.
Provide regular status updates and governance inputs to stakeholders.
Support testing, go-live activities, and post-implementation handoff.
