Job summary

TTEC Digital seeks a ServiceNow Project Manager in the Philippines to lead and own delivery for ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, SCM, FSM, HR Service Delivery, and GRC. You will manage schedules, budgets, risks and resource planning, coordinating with the engagement and delivery teams to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

The role supports global clients on US business hours with a remote setup for Philippines-based candidates, offering opportunities to drive delivery excellence

Qualifications

• Experience managing ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, SCM, FSM, HR Service Delivery, and GRC.
• Able to oversee delivery execution, including schedules, budgets, and risks.
• Comfortable working in Agile and Hybrid Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow consulting engagements from initiation to closure.
• Own project schedule, budget, hours, and resource planning.
• Coordinate with Engagement Manager, Solution Architect and delivery team.
