Job summary

TTEC Digital is seeking a software professional to join our remote team supporting CCaaS platforms. You will work on CXone-related projects, contribute to software development using CXone Studio, C#, ASP.NET, and modern languages, and help deliver robust solutions for our clients.

You will collaborate with project teams, participate in code reviews, and ensure timely delivery while aligning with customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or engineering preferred.
• 3+ years' experience in NICE CXone and UC environments.
• 1–2+ years of software development, including design, coding and testing (JavaScript, Python, Java, C++).

Responsibilities

• Manage CCaaS software and domain aspects.
• Leverage NICE CXone and CXone Studio experience.
• Collaborate on projects to enhance and improve software (CXone Studio, C#, ASP.NET).
• Code and test software actively.
• Deliver high-quality software on time.
• Attend meetings and training as required.
• Collaborate with systems analysis and project management for successful completion.
