Job summary

TIM ENGINEERING SYSTEMS SOLUTIONS CORPORATION is seeking a Presales Engineer – Network & Security to design, present, and support network and security solutions throughout the sales cycle. You will bridge technical requirements and business needs while ensuring solutions align with industry best practices.

The role requires strong networking and security knowledge, cloud familiarity, and excellent presentation and client-facing skills. Fresh graduates are not eligible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/CE/ECE.
• 3+ years experience as Network and Security Presales Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, routing, switching and wireless.
• Experience with Firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, Endpoint Security, SIEM.
• Familiar with Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto and other brands.
• Understanding of cloud networking and security (Azure/AWS).
• Ability to translate tech into business value.
• Excellent presentation, communication and client-facing skills.
• Detail-oriented with broader business perspective.

Responsibilities

• Work with Sales to understand requirements and propose network and security solutions.
• Design end-to-end network and security architectures (routing, switching, firewall, VPN, controls).
• Conduct product demos and technical workshops for clients.
• Prepare technical proposals, BOMs and solution docs.
• Provide solution sizing, scoping and high-level implementation plans.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs with technical inputs.
• Collaborate with vendors for alignment and pricing.
• Support POC activities and technical validations.
• Stay updated on networking and cybersecurity trends.
