Job summary

Citco is seeking a senior fund accounting professional to lead NAV calculations for hedge funds and supervise a team of fund accountants across complex structures. You will coordinate administration services, review NAVs and financial statements, and ensure client and SLA requirements are met.

The role involves planning daily workflows, managing resources, and collaborating with internal groups to support production, audits, and regulatory filings. Hybrid setup with onsite days in Makati/Alabang.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field; CA/CPA is a plus.
• Minimum of 6+ years’ accounting experience in financial services (Real Estate, Asset Management or Fund Administration).
• Knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP is advantageous.
• Experience reviewing general ledger and financial statements.
• IFRS consolidations knowledge is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee NAV calculations for hedge funds and supervise a team of fund accountants.
• Administer services under administration agreements for hedge fund clients.
• Review and sign-off NAV calculations, financial statements and reports.
• Coordinate payments and other transactions; ensure timely deliveries.
• Collaborate with internal SSC, middle office, pricing, IR, and relationship management teams.
• Plan and manage daily client deliverables and resource deployment.
• Monitor deliverables to meet SLA targets and controls.
• Lead year-end processes with audits, regulatory filings and tax services.
• Mentor staff, manage vacations, and support onboarding of new clients.
• Drive improvements and efficiencies while maintaining control.
