Job summary

The Citco Group Limited is seeking a skilled NAV Accountant for our Hybrid Manila office. You will lead NAV calculations for hedge funds, supervise a team, and collaborate with internal units to deliver accurate client reporting.

You will oversee complex NAV processes, ensure timely delivery, manage related financial statements, and support client relationships with strong analytical insights. This role requires leadership and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Minimum 6+ years in financial services.
• Experience supervising 4+ staff.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee NAV calculations for hedge fund clients.
• Review and sign off NAV statements and financial reports.
• Manage payments and reconciliations.
• Coordinate year-end processes with auditors.
• Lead and develop team members.
