Job summary

Citco International Support Services Limited-Philippine ROHQ in Manila area is seeking a senior fund accounting professional to manage NAV calculations for hedge funds. You will supervise fund accounting staff, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely client deliverables in a hybrid setup with in-office presence in Alabang three days a week.

Requirements include a 6+ year track record in financial services, supervisory experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, or pursuing a professional accounting qualification.
• Minimum 6+ years in Financial Services with high-volume environment or hedge funds.
• Supervisory experience: proven ability to manage staff for 4+ years.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Good business acumen and client relationship management.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee calculation of NAV across complex hedge funds; supervise supervisors and senior fund accountants.
• Administer services under administration agreements for hedge fund clients.
• Review and sign off NAV calculations, financial statements, and related reports.
• Review/authorize payments and other transactions.
• Collaborate with internal SSC and cross-functional teams to support operations.
• Plan, schedule, and manage daily workflows for client deliverables.
• Monitor deliverables to meet SLAs with accuracy.
• Manage resource deployment for production, overtime, and cost control.
• Ensure adherence to best-practice policies and client agreements.
• Escalate material NAV issues to VP with detailed updates.
• Coordinate year-end processes with audits, financial statements, regulatory filings.
• Lead and train team members; manage vacations and performance appraisals.
• Support onboarding of new clients and migrations; contribute to dept initiatives.
