CITCO INTERNATIONAL SUPPORT SERVICES LIMITED-PHILIPPINE ROHQ is hiring for a Supervisor to manage NAV calculations for hedge funds and oversee a team of fund accountants. The role includes coordinating Year End processes, meeting strict SLAs, and developing staff in a high-volume financial services environment.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance, 4+ years in financial services, supervisory experience, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business; professional qualification is a plus.
• 4+ years in Financial Services with high-volume operations or hedge funds.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience of 3+ years.
• Strong business and financial acumen with solid analytical skills.
• Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Compute NAV for diverse hedge funds and supervise accounting staff.
• Oversee administration under administration agreements for a portfolio of hedge funds.
• Prepare NAV calculations, financial statements, and reports within deadlines.
• Coordinate Year End processes with auditors, regulators, and tax services.
• Ensure timely delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly deliverables; meet SLAs.
• Train and coach staff; work with cross-functional teams and investor relations.
