Job summary

Citco Philippines is seeking an experienced finance professional to lead NAV calculations for a portfolio of complex hedge funds. You will supervise staff under senior leadership, review NAV determinations, financial statements, and related payments while ensuring high-quality client service.

The role demands 8+ years in financial services, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A professional accounting qualification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Accounting or Finance related area and/or a professional accounting qualification.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in Financial Services with high volume operational environment and hedge fund industry.
• Supervisory skills with experience in managing and/or leading staff for 6+ years.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills with high degree of attention to detail.
• Strong business acumen and client relationship management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Encompass all facets of the calculation of net asset values on a variety of complex hedge funds.
• Managing a group of clients with your senior vice presidents; responsibilities include NAV reviews and sign-offs.
• Review and sign-off of Net Asset Value calculations, financial statements and associated reports.
• Reviewing/authorizing payments and other transactions.
• Coordinate and oversee SSC pipeline including new business, migrations, and onboarding of clients.
