Job summary

The Citco Group Limited is seeking a Fund Accounting professional to join our Alabang team in a hybrid role. You will maintain books, calculate NAVs, and prepare financial statements for complex funds and client reports.

You will work with senior staff to ensure timely, accurate deliveries and meet SLA requirements in a dynamic, global setting. Hybrid work with 3 onsite days per week and shifting AM/Mid shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or management.
• Professional designation (CPA/CFA/CMA) is a plus.
• 4+ years in Financial Services with high-volume operations; knowledge of private equity/hedge funds is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills and client service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain books, calculate NAVs and prepare financial statements.
• Record transactions and perform reconciliations across systems.
• Prepare NAV packages and ad hoc client reporting.
• Coordinate with Citco offices and external parties to obtain information.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks within SLA.
