Job summary

Hire Overseas is seeking a Senior Bookkeeper to manage books for about 10 related entities within a family holding company with real estate, sports services, food retail, and private investments. You will work closely with the managing partner and outside accountants to keep records accurate and reporting-ready.

This is a high-trust, high-ownership role where you own intercompany activity and ensure statements are ready for lenders and auditors.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of bookkeeping across multiple related entities.
• Real estate bookkeeping experience preferred (rent, loans, property expenses).
• Advanced QuickBooks Online proficiency.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets for schedules and reconciliations.
• Detail-oriented with deadlines across many entities.

Responsibilities

• Manage AP/AR across ~10 entities and intercompany activity.
• Record transactions in QuickBooks Online and internal dashboard.
• Prepare payments for final approval by the partner.
• Month-end close and reconciliations for all entities.
• Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly financial reports.
