Qualifications

• 5–7 years in digital marketing with multi-channel ownership across paid social, paid search and programmatic.
• Ability to translate performance metrics into strategic actions and guidance.
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior practitioners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage campaign execution plans across paid social, paid search, programmatic, and emerging channels.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to keep multi-channel launches on track and on brief.
• Own experimentation strategy and document outcomes to codify winning approaches.
