enablesGROUP is seeking an experienced Paid Media Buyer for Ecommerce & B2B within Ortigas, Pasig, PH. The role focuses on Meta Ads with Google Ads experience valued, and collaboration with Graphic Designers and Video Editors to optimize campaigns for revenue, ROAS, CPL, and pipeline outcomes.

This senior IC role requires 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing and English proficiency. The position is hybrid (3 onsite, 2 WFH) in Pasig, Manila, with ongoing growth, learning, and opportunities

Qualifications

• 5+ years in paid media/performance marketing.
• Experience handling DTC ecommerce campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, manage, and optimize paid-media campaigns across DTC ecommerce and B2B.
• Manage Meta Ads campaigns for acquisition, prospecting, retargeting, and lead-gen.
• Analyze campaign performance and translate insights into actionable briefs for design teams.
• Prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
