Job summary

Octal Philippines Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Manager in Makati to lead multi-channel paid media strategy, execution, and optimization. You will manage a team of specialists, drive growth, oversee budgeting, and collaborate with leadership to align campaigns with business goals.

You will oversee campaigns across major platforms, analyze performance, and implement tests to improve ROAS. This role emphasizes mentorship and cross-team coordination to maximize impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
• 5–7 years in digital marketing with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to manage large paid media budgets and deliver ROI.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee paid media strategies across Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter/X, Spotify, and programmatic platforms.
• Align paid media initiatives with overall marketing and business objectives, ensuring ROI/ROAS targets are met.
• Lead media planning and budget allocation to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Direct end-to-end campaign execution: keyword strategy, audience segmentation, landing page optimization, ad copywriting, and analytics integration.
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, proactively optimizing campaigns to achieve growth targets.
• Collaborate with Creative, Copywriting, SEO, UX, Content, and Tech/DevOps teams for cohesive execution.
