Job summary

2X Philippines is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to translate marketing data into actionable strategies. You will use advanced analytics to optimize campaigns and collaborate with MarOps and other functions to drive business growth.

In this hybrid role, you will work onsite twice a week at Ortigas East Pasig and align with US shift hours. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in marketing analytics, strong SQL, and data visualization skills, and can mentor junior analysts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a marketing analyst or similar analytical role in B2B.
• In-depth marketing metrics, segmentation, campaign analysis and ROI.
• Databases, visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), CRM (Salesforce) and SQL.
• Translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
• Lead and mentor analysts; communicate with stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen and ability to handle ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data assessments to gauge data and marketing maturity and define goals.
• Engage clients to align data operations, KPIs, timelines, and workflows.
• Collaborate with MarOps to map data sources and MarTech workflows.
• Identify dependencies/risks and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Provide strategic recommendations to improve ROI and acquisition.
• Analyze campaigns and customer behavior using statistical methods.
• Create reports and visualizations for executives and clients.
• Partner with marketing teams to optimize campaigns using data insights.
