Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Slay tickets across Microsoft AD, Azure, M365, and Exchange
• Troubleshoot desktops, servers, firewalls, and networks
• Support cloud platforms – Azure AD, Entra, Hyper‑V, Citrix, AWS (no VMware)
• Jump into project deployments when things get spicy
• Collaborate with senior engineers to keep environments clean, lean, and efficient
• Occasionally visit client sites (fuel, tolls and parking covered)

Requirements

• 3+ years of MSP experience and strong troubleshooting skills
• Comfort with PSA/RMM tools such as ConnectWise Manage & RMM
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory administration
• Solid knowledge of Windows Server, Exchange, and networking
• Written and spoken English – clear communication required
• Basic knowledge of AI tools, prompt engineering, workflows or automation platforms such as Claude, Hatz, Copilot, ChatGPT
• Ability to identify patterns and opportunities for automation or process improvement
• Willingness to learn and collaborate on AI‑driven support improvements
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and focus on comprehensive solutions
• Dedication to clean documentation and compliance
• Bonus: experience with SolarWinds, IT Glue, Huntress, Datto, Auvik, and other support tools
