Job summary

Hunt St Pty Ltd is seeking a Level 2/Level 3 Engineer MSP based in the Philippines. This remote role is a contractor engagement with alignment to AU business hours, supporting a trusted Australian IT services client.

You will troubleshoot complex MSP issues, manage tickets from end to resolution, and work with Autotask, Kaseya, and Datto RMM to ensure service quality and data protection.

Qualifications

• Strong spoken English (near-native/neutral accent).
• Minimum 2 years MSP help desk experience.
• Hands-on MSP experience with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace.
• Experience with Autotask and Kaseya RMM required or desirable.
• Experience with backup technologies (Datto/StorageCraft) and antivirus/XDR (Bitdefender).
• Familiar with ConnectWise Manage and Fortinet firewalls.
• Extensive networking knowledge (DHCP, DNS, LAN/WAN/WLAN).
• Printer/scanner/camera peripheral troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of MS Office, MYOB/QB Online, Dropbox, Adobe CC.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 MSP support resolving desktop, app, and network issues.
• Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, and ticketing.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Admin Portal, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive.
• Troubleshoot Windows desktops, ensure security and updates.
• Diagnose and resolve DHCP/DNS/LAN/WAN networking issues.
• Support business apps including MYOB, QuickBooks Online, Dropbox, Adobe CC.
• Setup and maintenance of peripherals (printers/scanners/cameras).
• Manage tickets end-to-end using Autotask/Kaseya/ConnectWise Manage.
• Monitor endpoints with Datto RMM and respond to alerts; document actions.
