D2B is seeking a Senior Credit Analyst in the Philippines to provide high‑level technical analysis and loan processing support for complex files, including SMSF and self‑employed structures. You will maintain proactive communication with lenders and BDMs in a fast‑moving environment.

The role requires hands‑on expertise, independent policy interpretation, and the ability to thrive with AU hours while working remotely from Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years' experience as a Credit Analyst (mortgage or banking).
• Extensive experience with Australian mortgage lending is mandatory.
• Ability to interpret and apply complex lender policies independently.
• Experience with AFG and Broker Engine platforms.
• Senior role; does not require trainee supervision.

Responsabilités

• Credit Assessment & Senior Scenario Analysis: Analyse client financials, income structures, and employment types.
• Lender Policy & Niche Expertise: Understand lender policies and optimal niches; apply rules for overtime and self-employed checks.
• Complex Income & SMSF Management: Assess self-employed structures including SMSFs; interpret tax returns and notices of assessment.
• Loan Processing, CRM & Compliance: Support loan processing in AFG and Broker Engine; ensure BID compliance and clear file notes.
• Communication & Team Support: Liaise with lenders, BDMs, and clients; maintain English communication and teamwork.
