D2B is seeking a Senior Credit Analyst to structure, assess, and submit loan applications across residential lending scenarios. This role is remote and aligned with Australian hours, offering full-time engagement from the Philippines.

You will think like a broker, analyzing complex deals, coordinating with multiple lenders, and ensuring submissions are well-prepared with robust credit support.

Qualificações

• 4+ years in Australian mortgage broking / credit analysis.
• Experience with complex lending scenarios and approvals.
• Strong understanding of lender policies and servicing.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze borrower scenarios (PAYG, self-employed, complex structures).
• Structure deals across refinances, equity release, pre-approvals, multi-lender/proprietary products.
• Prepare and submit loan applications via Connective.
• Review supporting documents for completeness and credit strength.
• Identify risks and propose alternative structures before submission.
• Liaise with lenders, BDMs, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate notes and pipeline in Mercury CRM.
