Job summary

D2B is hiring a Credit Analyst for a dayshift remote role in the Philippines. You will own the credit assessment and deal structuring lifecycle from post-client interview through to approval and settlement.

You will work with a Principal Broker and Loan Processor, handling PAYG, self-employed, trusts, and SMSF scenarios using Mercury and Quickli. Commitment to compliance, high-quality file checks, and proactive portfolio repricing will be expected, supporting a seamless, transparent lending

Qualifications

Minimum 2–3+ years of proven experience as a Credit Analyst or Senior Loan Writer in an Australian mortgage broking operation.
Deep knowledge of Australian credit policies (NCCP) and servicing methodologies across major banks and lenders.
Fluent business English, with strong written and verbal communication.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certifications in finance or related field.

Responsibilities

Owns deal ownership and warm handover after client interview.
Performs end-to-end credit assessment using Quickli and lender calculators.
Formulates top 3 lending solutions and coordinates valuations and pricing across panels.
Drafts Broker Notes and credit narratives ensuring risk factors are covered before lodge.
Liaises with lender assessors, credit coaches, and BDMs to resolve conditions and accelerate approvals.
Quality-checks inputs from the Loan Processor into AOL and Mercury CRM.
Ensures compliance with BID and responsible lending standards.
