Job summary

PayMongo is seeking a Product Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of payments products in the Philippines. You will balance customer needs, business value, UX, and regulatory considerations from discovery to launch. You will collaborate with Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Risk to deliver scalable merchant solutions.

You will lead with a problem‑first approach, define clear success metrics, and drive cross‑functional alignment to ship impactful features that enable merchants to grow.

Qualifications

• Experience owning products through discovery to launch.
• Strong understanding of product strategy and roadmapping.
• Proven ability to run user research and define problems.
• Ability to translate customer and business needs into requirements.
• Excellent analytical skills and data-informed decision making.
• Experience defining KPIs and success metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously evolve the roadmap for your product area.
• Lead product discovery to validate problems and explore solutions.
• Define requirements and measurable outcomes with clear success metrics.
• Partner with Design and Engineering to build and ship.
• Navigate regulatory and risk considerations in fintech.
• Drive launch readiness with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
