Job summary

PayMongo is seeking a commercially driven Sales Executive to drive revenue by winning new merchant clients and growing an assigned portfolio. You will own both prospecting and relationship management, balancing new business with upsell opportunities while ensuring merchant success through tailored solutions.

You will manage pipeline, engage senior stakeholders, and coordinate onboarding for new merchants to ensure a seamless experience and long-term value creation for PayMongo.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of client-facing experience in sales, account mgmt, customer success or similar.
• Experience selling/payments/fintech is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple merchant relationships and pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Win new merchant business by identifying, engaging, and closing prospective clients.
• Grow and expand an assigned merchant portfolio through upsell and cross-sell.
• Own pipeline and revenue targets with clear account plans and timelines.
• Deliver strong merchant experience and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain CRM data and provide regular business reviews with merchants.
