Job summary

PayMongo is hiring a Senior Growth Executive to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and build commercially valuable relationships with merchant partners. You'll combine new business development, strategic account management, and merchant growth, identifying opportunities, closing deals, and expanding relationships with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of client-facing sales, account management, or business development experience.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Comfort working with senior stakeholders and complex solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop & win new business by identifying opportunities, building a healthy pipeline, and delivering compelling pitches.
• Build strong merchant relationships and manage a portfolio with regular reviews and stakeholder engagement.
• Grow and expand existing accounts through upsell/cross-sell opportunities and strategic account plans.
• Develop industry/sector expertise to understand how merchants make money and where PayMongo can add value.
• Maintain disciplined sales processes, track progress, and keep documentation up to date.
