Optum in the Philippines seeks a skilled IT professional to deliver expert-level support for Microsoft 365 services and hybrid environments. You will handle escalations, automate tasks with PowerShell, and collaborate across Security, Compliance, and Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2nd year college may be considered for experienced candidates.
• Preferably a 4-year course graduate.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level support for Microsoft 365 services.
• Administer and support Exchange Hybrid and SharePoint Hybrid environments.
• Resolve complex escalations from Level 2 support teams.
• Perform system administration, maintenance, and health monitoring.
• Execute patching, upgrades, and capacity planning activities.
• Troubleshoot critical incidents and lead root cause analysis efforts.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to improve operational efficiency.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Compliance, and Engineering teams.
• Support migration and integration initiatives.
• Monitor and report on service performance and operational health.
• Participate in on-call and after-hours support as required.
