Job summary

ScalableOS in Makati is seeking an experienced Microsoft Modern Work Engineer to lead cloud transformation projects and hybrid identity initiatives. You will work across Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange, SharePoint, and Windows Server to modernize on-premises infrastructure.

You will design and deliver migrations, optimize security posture, and mentor junior engineers within a managed services environment, with a focus on reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Modern Work, Microsoft 365, Azure, or hybrid Microsoft experience.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Conditional Access/MFA.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server, Entra ID, Entra Connect Sync, Group Policy, and DNS.
• Experience delivering hybrid-to-cloud or Microsoft 365 migration projects.
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting.

Job Description

SUMMARY

We are seeking anexperienced Microsoft Modern Work Engineer (Azure) with a strongbackground in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, hybrid identity, endpointmodernization, and cloud transformation projects.

This role requires ahands-on engineer who can work across Microsoft Modern Work and Azure-connectedenvironments, supporting organizations transitioning from traditionalon-premises Microsoft infrastructure to modern cloud and hybrid environments.

The ideal candidatehas 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft 365, Azure, EntraID, Intune, Exchange, SharePoint, Active Directory, and Windows Server,with demonstrated experience delivering implementations, migrations, andmodernization projects in production environments.

Experience in managedservices, consulting, or project-based delivery environments is highlypreferred.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, implement, maintain, and optimize Microsoft365 and Azure-connected Modern Work solutions.

• Provide advanced troubleshooting for Microsoft365, Azure-connected, identity, endpoint, and hybrid infrastructure solutions.
  
• Conduct root cause analysis and implementlong-term remediation.
  
• Assess client environments and recommendimprovements in security, governance, performance, and cloud readiness.
  
• Create technical documentation, standards,migration runbooks, and implementation guides.
