Job summary
Teamextreme is seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer in the Philippines to be the technical authority on Modern Workplace. You’ll design and deliver secure Microsoft 365 solutions, lead migrations and uplift projects, and act as the highest escalation point while mentoring Level 2 engineers.
You’ll work with a security-focused MSP mindset, implementing Essential Eight controls, Conditional Access, MFA, and AI tooling to improve client environments and automation.
Qualifications
- Deep hands-on Microsoft 365 experience with SharePoint Online.
- Experience with Entra ID, Conditional Access, and MFA.
- Proven ability to lead migrations and uplift projects for clients.
- Strong English communication and client-facing skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver secure Microsoft 365 solutions tailored to client needs.
- Lead SharePoint migrations, information architecture, and governance.
- Drive Exchange Online migrations and Modern Workplace uplift.
- Deploy Intune, Defender, Purview across tenants and manage security.
- Mentor Level 2 engineers and raise team technical standards.
- Interact with clients to scope work and propose solutions.
