Job summary

Optum, a UnitedHealth Group company, is seeking an experienced IT professional in Metro Manila to join our Microsoft 365 support team. The role focuses on administering 365 services, Exchange Hybrid, and SharePoint Hybrid, while handling complex escalations from Level 2 support.

You will perform system administration, patching, and health monitoring to ensure high availability. You will develop PowerShell scripts, create documentation, and collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Compliance,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years relevant IT experience.
• At least 3 years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong experience supporting Microsoft 365, Exchange (On-Premises & Hybrid), and SharePoint (On-Premises & Hybrid).
• Experience handling advanced technical escalations and incident management.
• Experience supporting enterprise environments with 5,000+ users preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level support for Microsoft 365 services.
• Administer and support Exchange Hybrid and SharePoint Hybrid environments.
• Resolve complex escalations from Level 2 support teams.
• Perform system administration, maintenance, and health monitoring.
• Execute patching, upgrades, and capacity planning activities.
• Troubleshoot critical incidents and lead root cause analysis efforts.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to improve operational efficiency.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Compliance, and Engineering teams.
• Support migration and integration initiatives.
• Monitor and report on service performance and operational health.
• Participate in on-call and after-hours support as required.
