Job summary

Boomering is hiring a Service Desk Engineer (Level 2) in the Philippines for a hybrid day shift. You will handle escalations from Level 1, own complex incidents, and deliver service excellence across Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and core networking.

Join a certified ISO 27001/20000 environment and collaborate with the Hong Kong team to meet SLAs. Strong documentation, clear communication, and proactive problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years IT support experience, including 2+ years at second-line level.
• Hands-on Microsoft 365 administration and Windows Server/AD expertise.
• Practical networking troubleshooting with defined SLAs and change processes.
• Certifications such as MS-102/MD-102, AZ-104, CCNA are advantageous.
• MS 365 and ITIL/Service Desk experience in MSP/multi-client environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Escalation & incident ownership: take full responsibility for complex tickets to resolution.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Entra ID, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Defender for O365.
• Maintain Windows Server/AD, including GPO, DNS, DHCP, and hybrid identity scenarios.
• Support networking: VLANs, VPNs, firewall rules, and core network services.
• Operate VM/VMM tools, backup, monitoring, and change management within ISO controls.
• Provide knowledge transfer and coaching to Level 1 engineers.
