ASCENTRI INC./ COINOP GROUP in Cebu City is seeking a seasoned Microsoft 365 Administrator to own our Microsoft ecosystem, manage critical infrastructure, and drive IT improvement projects in a fast-paced environment. You will administer Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive, strengthen security with MFA, DLP, and governance, and collaborate with stakeholders to increase productivity.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Systems Administration or Microsoft 365 Administration.
• Hands-on with Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, virtualization, networking, and IT security best practices.
• Experience troubleshooting complex infrastructure and cloud-related issues.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Manage Windows Server and Linux environments, network infrastructure, and security systems.
• Provide Level 2/Level 3 technical support and participate in IT projects and migrations.
• Document procedures and drive security/compliance improvements.
• Identify opportunities for automation using scripting and tooling.
