Job summary

Redstone Commodity Search is working with an international trading house / producer to onboard a senior logistics specialist in Luxembourg. You will manage the end-to-end shipping of metal cargos, coordinating with suppliers, buyers, warehouses and shipping companies to ensure timely deliveries.

Responsibilities include drafting contracts and shipping documents, monitoring schedules, and collaborating with traders, finance and risk teams to ensure accurate execution.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in metal commodity operations.
• Strong knowledge of incoterms, international shipping, and trade documentation.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English; other European languages (especially French or German) are a plus.
• EU work permit or eligibility to work in Luxembourg.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full life cycle of physical metal shipments (base or minor metals).
• Liaise with suppliers, buyers, warehouses, inspectors, and shipping companies.
• Draft and manage contracts, shipping and customs documentation (L/Cs, B/Ls, invoices).
• Monitor delivery schedules and resolve operational discrepancies or delays.
• Work closely with traders, finance, and risk teams to ensure accurate execution.
