Qualifications

• 7+ years of physical steel trading with profitability track record.
• Strong commercial network within European steel markets.

• Experience in risk management, hedging, and structured transactions.
• Excellent negotiation skills and entrepreneurial mindset; able to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute trading strategies for steel products with P&L accountability.
• Originate and manage physical steel transactions across Europe.
• Capitalize on market opportunities, including arbitrage and long-term contracts.
• Manage risk exposure with hedging and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with logistics, operations, and finance for contract execution.
